Braveheart

As an active team sports player, I am absolutely convinced by Braveheart. Since I have been using it regularly, I feel significantly more resilient in training and competition and recover faster. After over 20 years of training in various forms of self-defense, I started MMA training five years ago.

Twice a week I practice one-on-one combat with Bruno Zybach at Elements Bern, sometimes against opponents 25 years younger. Sparring can get pretty intense for 55-year-old men like me. Mentally fully motivated and eager to act, the next plan is to expand my training sessions. Instead of one session, I will test how I can handle two consecutive ones without overstraining myself physically.
