Our Philosophy
Raw Animal stands for genuine, species-appropriate nutrition – healthy and practical for everyday life. We show that you can strengthen your body and sustainably improve your health. For us, it’s not just about products, but about a movement: Together, we discover the power of natural nutrition and bring vitality back into your life.
Mission
At Raw Animal, we believe: Healthy nutrition should be accessible to everyone.
Many people suffer from chronic conditions, overweight, or unexplained problems – often caused by poor diet.
We believe the solution lies in the diet of our ancestors. In the past, people remained strong, active, and healthy well into old age. Their secret: They used very nutritious products, specifically animal-based. That means they ate fruits, eggs, roots, and the whole animal – from muscle to organ. Especially offal like liver, heart, kidney, or spleen are true nutrient powerhouses. They contain significantly more vitamins, minerals, proteins, and other essential nutrients than regular meat and provide the body with everything it needs to stay efficient and vital.
Vision
Our vision is to make these valuable foods accessible to everyone. We want to show that species-appropriate nutrition is practical, tasty, and easy to integrate into everyday life. This way, everyone can strengthen their body, prevent diseases, and live healthier in the long term – together with us and our community.
Why Raw Animal?
Offal is extremely healthy, but not everyone wants to eat it or has the time to prepare it.
This is exactly where we come in: Raw Animal offers freeze-dried beef offal in capsule form – full nutrient power,
without any effort or hesitation.
Our Values
- Naturalness: no additives, no hidden ingredients
- Quality: carefully selected raw materials
- Transparency: clear origin and gentle processing
- Community: we walk the path to better nutrition together with our community
The Beginning of Our Mission
Who Started Raw Animal
My name is Serhad Erdogan, and I launched this website in June 2023.
Why? Since my youth, I have been interested in the human body. At 15, I started bodybuilding and followed the typical nutrition rules: rice, broccoli, chicken breast, and about 200g of protein per day. The muscles grew, but I forced myself to eat unnatural foods – cured meat, genetically modified wheat, and "healthy" oils like canola or peanut oil were part of it, while butter was considered "unhealthy." I lived like this for over 14 years.
The Consequences:
- Reflux: At just 16, I suffered from severe heartburn. Doctors explained it as genetic and prescribed acid blockers.
- Pollen Allergy: At 20, I suddenly developed allergies. The diagnosis: lifelong antihistamines.
- Shoulder Problems: During medical school, I suffered from tendon inflammation, supposedly also "genetically caused."
- Overweight: I gained a lot of weight during the COVID lockdowns.
The Turning Point:
My brother came across the work of Ray Peat. His insight: many diseases arise from disturbed hormone and energy processes. The solution: a species-appropriate diet – fruits, meat, bone broth, offal, cheese, milk, honey; avoiding seed oils, additives, and largely grains.
My results:
- After three days without grains, the shoulder pain disappeared.
- After six months, I was able to stop taking acid blockers.
- My allergies improved enormously.
- I built more muscle in two years than ever before.
Raw Animal – freeze-dried beef offal in capsule form
If I can do it, so can you. I have no special genetics or advantages – I’m pretty average. It takes some time to break away from rice or grains and eat more fruit… but almost everyone likes fruit.
Most people also enjoy meat, cheese, and bone broth. However, offal divides opinions. It’s understandable that not everyone wants to eat testicles, and the taste of liver is also debatable. Many people cringe just thinking about offal.
This is exactly where I want to start: Maybe you’re convinced that offal is healthy or you just want to try it, thinking, “Yeah, Serhad might be right.” At the same time, you find the idea unpleasant, don’t have time to cook, or can’t get certain offal.
That’s what Raw Animal is for: to make the benefits of offal accessible to you, to show you there’s another way, and to prove that we can eat species-appropriately and become healthy again. Together.
