ADEK stands for the four fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. They dissolve in fat rather than in water, which is why they are best taken with a meal that contains fat.

In the ADEK Trio, vitamin A comes as retinol from organic beef liver, vitamin D3 from sheep’s wool (lanolin), vitamin K2 as MK7 and vitamin E from a distillate of organic wheat germ oil.

Natural vitamin A from beef liver

Liver is one of the foods with the highest natural content of retinol, the form of vitamin A found in animal foods. Six capsules provide 115% of the reference intake. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, normal mucous membranes and normal vision.

Vitamin D3 and K2 in the same drop

Vitamin D3 from lanolin and vitamin K2 as MK7, dissolved in MCT oil. Both contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D also contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.

Natural vitamin E

Distilled from organic wheat germ oil instead of being produced synthetically. Natural vitamin E is present as d-alpha-tocopherol, synthetic vitamin E as dl-alpha-tocopherol. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
