Each daily serving gives you 1000 mg of calcium (125% NRV), 100 µg of vitamin D3 (2000% NRV) and 200 µg of vitamin K2 (267% NRV). Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

On top of that come 10 g of collagen with 9.4 g of protein, neutral in taste for coffee, tea or water. Calcium also contributes to normal muscle function, and vitamin D to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
